Treatment Menu

From the time of our ancient ancestors, when one reaches out to soothe another, we have understood how welcomed physical touch can have a positive impact on our wellbeing.

For some massage therapy is a short-term intervention to help with injury and rehabilitation, for others it’s a space to come and switch off from the hurried day to day pace of life and the stress that comes with it.

Massage therapy has a whole host of amazing benefits including improving immune system function, reducing stress hormones, improved sleep, increase range of motion and the alleviation of pain to name a few.

  • For all new clients we will run through a short consultation together, which takes around 15-30 mins, allowing me to understand why you have come and what you would like me to focus on, followed by an hours tailored treatment of your choice.
