A little about me

I’m Holly and my journey as a therapist started many years ago, finding my passion in bodywork has given me the opportunity to work in some amazing places around the world. Throughout my career I have continually deepened my knowledge and understanding of the body, and importance of taking a holistic approach to promote well-being.

I continue to broaden my knowledge of the body and bodywork, allowing me to bring a range of techniques including Holistic & Deep tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Myofascial release, Thai massage, Hot Stone therapy, reflexology and lymphatic drainage. It brings me great joy to be able to support others in their journey to wellness.
