Evidence-informed massage for pain, movement and wellbeing.

Advanced Clinical Massage in Bath for people living with persistent pain, injury, stress-related tension and women's health conditions.

Supporting you to move with greater ease through compassionate clinical care.

Whether you're living with persistent pain, recovering from an injury, struggling with everyday aches and tension, or navigating a long-term condition such as endometriosis or fibromyalgia, you're in the right place.

At Echo Holistics, I offer evidence-informed clinical massage tailored to your individual needs. Every treatment is designed to reduce pain, improve movement, and help you feel more like yourself again.

My approach combines nearly 20 years of hands-on experience with advanced clinical training, the latest pain science, and compassionate, person-centred care. I believe that feeling listened to is just as important as the treatment itself.

How I can help -

I regularly support clients experiencing:

  • Persistent neck and shoulder pain

  • Back pain and sciatica

  • Headaches

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Sports and overuse injuries

  • Fibromyalgia and chronic pain

  • Stress-related tension

  • Endometriosis and adenomyosis

  • Reduced mobility and stiffness

No two people experience pain in the same way, which is why every treatment begins with a thorough consultation and assessment. Together, we'll explore what's contributing to your symptoms and develop a treatment plan that's tailored specifically to you.

Why choose Echo Holistics?

Choosing a therapist is an important decision, especially if you've been living with pain for some time.

With nearly two decades of experience, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of people improve their comfort, movement and quality of life.

My qualifications include advanced clinical massage training at Level 6, and I have conducted independent research exploring the effects of advanced clinical massage on pain and quality of life in women living with endometriosis and adenomyosis. I continue to stay up to date with emerging research so that every treatment is informed by the best available evidence.

Above all, my aim is to provide a calm, welcoming environment where you feel heard, understood and supported.

What to expect

Your first appointment lasts approximately 90 minutes and includes:

  • A detailed discussion about your symptoms, medical history and goals

  • Movement and postural assessment where appropriate

  • A personalised treatment plan

  • Hands-on treatment using techniques best suited to your needs

  • Practical self-care advice to support your progress between appointments

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all treatment, every session is adapted to how you're feeling on the day.

My approach

Pain is rarely caused by just one thing.

Modern research tells us that pain is complex and unique to each individual. Rather than being caused by one single factor, persistent pain is often influenced by a combination of physical, psychological and social factors. Previous injuries, changes within muscles and fascia, stress, sleep, emotions, daily activities, lifestyle, and the way our nervous system processes information can all play a role in how pain is experienced. Understanding these different influences allows us to take a more holistic, person-centred approach to treatment, supporting not only your symptoms but your overall wellbeing.

That's why I take a whole-person approach, combining advanced clinical massage with an understanding of contemporary pain science. My goal isn't simply to treat where it hurts, but to help you understand your symptoms and support lasting improvements wherever possible.

Whether you're seeking relief from persistent pain, recovering from injury or simply wanting to move more comfortably, I'd love to help.
